At all of our locations, the health and safety of our patients, teammates and the public are of utmost priority. We realize that many people have delayed medical care due to the pandemic, but we’d like to remind you of the immense importance of regular dermatology exams. Specifically, early detection of skin cancer can result in a much better outcome than if examination of a suspicious mole or lesion is delayed.
Today, our offices remain open for all appointments. We continue to uphold the highest safety and sanitation protocols to keep our patients and teammates healthy, and our providers and staff are required to be vaccinated for COVID-19 in Oregon and Washington.
• Masks are required for anyone entering our offices
• Contactless check-in is available
• Every person is screened upon entry
Please note we are anticipating a surge in appointment requests as more community members receive their COVID-19 vaccine, so we encourage you to call your local provider for an appointment, especially if you postponed care in 2020.
In a continuing effort to keep our patients and teammates healthy (and provide safe social distance in our clinics) we offer the option of mobile check-in for our patients. You will receive an e-mail/text message three days before your appointment from Phreesia, our check-in system, which will allow you to register for your appointment from home and at your own convenience. It will also allow you to complete some of the health questions and screenings prior to your visit.
Our online check-in is a secure, HIPAA-compliant system that allows you to update your health and insurance information, pay bills and confirm or cancel upcoming appointments, right from your computer, tablet or smart phone.
