Joel received his Bachelor's degree and PA training at the University of Washington MEDEX program after working nearly 10 years as a professional Paramedic/Firefighter. He has practiced in both Neurosurgery and Emergency Medicine before entering a Dermatology PA training program. He is dedicated to the patient/provider team experience in order to provide the highest quality of care.
In his spare time, Joel is a father of 5 who enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, camping, skiing, and a variety of sports.
