The COREVITAS Atopic Dermatitis Registry is a prospective, non-interventional registry for patients with atopic dermatitis under the care of a dermatologist. The data is collected anonymously from both patients and their treating dermatologist every six months during routine clinical visit using COREVITAS registry questionnaires. Participation will receive a $25 gift card for each qualified visit.

Inclusion Criteria

• 18 years of age and older
• Diagnosed with atopic dermatitis by a dermatologist AND is being treated with an eligible medication (systemic therapy)

Exclusion Criteria

• The patient must not be participating in or planning to participate in a double-blind randomized trial for an atopic dermatitis drug.
• Note: Concurrent participation in another observational registry or open-label Phase 3b/4 trial is allowed.
