The COREVITAS Psoriasis Registry is a prospective, non-interventional registry for patients with psoriasis under the care of a dermatologist. The data is collected anonymously from both patients and their treating dermatologist every six months during routine clinical visit using COREVITAS registry questionnaires. Participation will receive $25 gift card for each qualified visit.

Inclusion Criteria

• 18 years of age and older
• Diagnosed with psoriasis by a dermatologist and is being treated with an eligible medication within the last 2 months (systemic therapy)

Exclusion Criteria

• Participating in or planning to participate in an interventional clinical trial with a non-marketed or marketed investigational drug (Phase I-IV drug trial). Note:  concurrent participation in another observational registry study is not excluded.​
