This Observational Study of Patients Undergoing Therapy for Immune Mediated Inflammatory Skin Conditions, including  conditions like Atopic Dermatitis (eczema), Psoriasis, Alopecia Areata, Vitiligo, and Hidradenitis Suppurativa. If you agree to participate, your medical records for the past three years and future records will be collected for approximately every 6-12 months. Participants who consented to the optional surveys will be asked to complete the survey every three months (e- survey through email) and will be compensated $20 for completed survey.

You will not have to change or take any additional medications as a part of this study.

Inclusion Criteria

• Adults and children (all ages) that have been prescribed any dermatological treatment for a physician conformed IMISC.
• Patient has plan for future visits at the site for continued management of IMISC.
• Participants who are already a part of other registries are eligible to participate in this study.

Exclusion Criteria

• Inability to provide written Informed Consent
• Current participation in an interventional study using a systemic IMISC therapy.
